Tyler Booker, a Chicago native, is a new member of MADD Rhythms. She began tap dancing at the age of 14 at the American Rhythm Center (ARC) where she was a participant in their After School Matters program run by Martin Bronson and Zada Cheeks. After a few short sessions at the ARC, she transitioned to M.A.D.D. Rhythms After School Matters program run by Star Dixon and Bril Barrett at the Better Boys Foundation on the west side of Chicago. Tyler began taking classes at M.A.D.D. Rhythms’ Tap Academy and shortly after started her apprenticeship with M.A.D.D. Rhythms. During the summer of 2018, Tyler became an official company member.
